MONTREAL - A man in a black trench coat and a mohawk haircut opened fire Wednesday at a downtown Montreal college, slaying a young woman and wounding at least 19 other people before police shot and killed him, witnesses and authorities said. Dawson has been closed until Monday as it is now a crime scene. The others injured are being treated in hospital.

"One of the innocent victims who did die yesterday was 18-year old Anastasia Desousa. The girl's Uncle tells CJAD she was a beautiful girl, smart and full of life. 19 others were injured. 6 are in critical condition. Doctors are afraid 2 of those may die.They range in age from 17 to 48."
