sar - BLACK?!? surely you mean brown!! he was making little chattering noises while he was gazing at the birds. he SO wanted to jump through the screen into the tree to eat them!! :))

hi yael - i'm sure there's a universal look all cats get when they hear those chirping noises! my cat is in heaven now that it's Spring here and all the birds are back.
lol thats the look that I get when am visiting ur block, except there is some saliva drooling down the side of my mouth...

anyway...yes, his concentration is unwavering when he sees a bird. he starts to chortle (i guess the cat call/code for 'hot chicken sandwich in sight!' LOL).
he is very cute but a little rascal. always getting into something. better than having a lazy fat cat who sleeps 24/7, i guess.
